Cooper was signed to the Cardinals' 53-man roster from their practice squad Wednesday.
Cooper has appeared in three games for Arizona this season, operating as a return man. It's unclear whether he'll resume that role, or mostly just provide extra depth at receiver. His role will likely be more clearly defined come Sunday when the Cardinals travel to Atlanta.
