Williams (concussion) does not have an injury designation against the Broncos on Sunday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Williams has cleared the league's concussion protocol and will return from a one-game absence. Andrew Wingard (knee) is ruled out for Sunday's game, so Williams could start alongside Budda Baker (groin/illness) at safety.
