Runyon was activated from injured reserve Wednesday after missing the team's first eight games while recovering from a foot injury. The tight end will now be placed on waivers, and if he goes unclaimed, there's a strong chance that he returns to the Raiders as a member of the team's practice unit, per Vincent Bonsignore of the California Post.
