Toohill announced his retirement Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Eagles' 2020 seventh-round pick played six years, logging regular-season games for the Eagles, Commanders and Bills before retiring. The defensive end finished his career with 100 tackles (55 solo), including 8.0 sacks, three passes defensed and one touchdown.
