Bulaga (back) is expected to return this season, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Bulaga first injured his back against Washington in the season opener and he hasn't been able to play since then. The offensive tackle ended up on the Chargers' IR after Week 1. Coach Brandon Staley is optimistic about Bulaga's chances of returning this season, but for now, Storm Norton will continue to start at right tackle.
