Weddle (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune reports.
This seemed like a mere formality after Weddle was unable to practice Wednesday. Darrell Stuckey will likely see additional work at free safety in place of Weddle.
