Chargers' Donald Parham: Participates in practice

Parham (wrist) participated in Tuesday's practice with a brace on his right hand, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

Parham was forced out early versus the Raiders in Week 4 due to a sprained wrist, but his health appears to have improved coming out of the Chargers' Week 5 bye. Since the Chargers host the Cowboys on Monday in Week 6, the Chargers won't hold their first official practice of the week until Thursday, when the extent of Parham's participation will be known. If he's able to take full reps Thursday, he'll be poised to reprise his usual role Monday as the Chargers' No. 2 tight end.
