The Chargers placed World (knee) on the reserve/non-football injury list Sunday.
The undrafted free agent out of Oregon tore the ACL in his left knee on Jan. 9. World will now need to miss at least the first four games of the regular season on the reserve/NFI list before he is eligible to return to the active roster.
