Palmer caught two targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Cowboys.
Palmer at least saw his opportunities line up with No. 3 wideout Jalen Guyton (two catches, 13 yards), but it's fair to say the third-round rookie hasn't wowed over the first two weeks. Don't anticipate a change in his fantasy value unless an injury shakes up the top of the depth chart.
