The Chargers placed Woods on the reserve/non-football illness list Saturday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
The team hasn't provided word on the nature of Woods' ailment, but he didn't participate in Friday's practice and will now have to miss at least four games while on the reserve/NFI list. He's played 73 snaps in three contests this season, registering five tackles.
