Herbert completed 26 of 35 passes for 317 yards, three touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 41-22 win over the Bengals on Sunday.

The Chargers defense took over in the first quarter, setting the stage for Herbert to toss three first-half touchdowns in what appeared to be an easy win before typical Los Angeles shenanigans complicated matters somewhat. Herbert's lone interception was essentially fluky as it came on a gorgeous deep ball that simply slid off Josh Palmer's hands into the defending corner's flailing arms. The second-year quarterback now has three straight games with at least 300 yards passing and two-plus touchdowns and figures to be in line for another solid performance next week against the struggling Giants.
