Joseph (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Gilbert Manzano of The Orange County Register reports.
Joseph will remain on the reserve/COVID-19 list for a third straight week after he tested positive for the virus. His next chance to return will be Dec. 12 against the Giants.
