Smartt (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Titans.
Smartt practiced in a limited fashion throughout the week after missing the Chargers' Week 9 win over the Browns due to an ankle injury. The 26-year-old is expected to play behind both Will Dissly and Hayden Hurst if he can suit up in Week 10.
