Pipkins (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Pipkins missed every practice of Week 2 due to a new knee injury. The reserve offensive lineman agreed on a two-year, $10 million contract with the Patriots back in March but will be unable to provide the consistent depth on the offensive line that the team was hoping to get out of the veteran in the early season.
