Green was released by the Raiders on Tuesday, Matt Schneidman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Green re-signed with Oakland in mid-March after joining the team off waivers midway through the 2018 season. He was let go to create a roster spot for the signing of Richie Incognito.
