Hanson (undisclosed) reverted to Kansas City's injured reserve Monday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
Hanson was waived/injured Sunday and subsequently went unclaimed on waivers. Since he consequently reverted to IR, he'll need to sit out the entire 2026 season unless he works out an injury settlement with the Chiefs.
