Toney (hamstring) is expected to practice Wednesday, Nate Taylor of The Athletic reports.
Toney last suited up Week 11, but the wideout's looming return to practice has him trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's game against the Broncos. Once Toney is up to speed, he'll have a chance to claim key role in Kansas City's offense alongside JuJu Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdes-Scantling, especially while Mecole Hardman (abdomen) remains on injured reserve.
