Mahomes completed 23 of 30 pass attempts for 258 yards and three touchdowns against Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Even with Travis Kelce out and Tyreek Hill missing practice this week, Mahomes led the Chiefs to consistent points with very little stress as Kansas City shut down Pittsburgh. Mahomes' lead target was Byron Pringle, who caught six passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets. Mahomes should have Kelce back and will definitely have more practice time with Hill prior to Kansas City's Week 17 game against Cincinnati, which could turn into a shootout after Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 525 yards and four touchdowns against Baltimore on Sunday.
