Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Dealing with sprained shoulder

Coach Andy Reid noted Monday that Worthy, who is dealing with a sprained shoulder, needs "a day or two" before returning to practice, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
