Cleveland signed Blewitt to the practice squad Wednesday.
With Chase McLaughlin on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Blewitt is being brought in as another insurance option at kicker along with current practice squad member Chris Naggar. Blewitt appeared in two games earlier this season for Washington but made only two of five field-goal attempts.
