The Packers signed Brooks to their practice squad Tuesday.

Brooks has seemingly recovered from the concussion that landed him on Miami's injured reserve before his subsequent release Monday, and he will now head to Green Bay. With MarShawn Lloyd (hamstring) and Emanuel Wilson (hip) both dealing with injuries, Brooks could end up being elevated to the active roster for the team's Week 1 game versus the Eagles on Friday.
