Dulin (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Dulin was unable to participate in any Week 6 prep sessions. The wide receiver will miss a second consecutive game as he focuses on recovering from his hamstring issue. Deion Burks is set to be the No. 4 wide receiver for the Colts again.
