Dulin (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Dulin will be sidelined for a second consecutive week due to an ankle injury, which also prevented him from participating in any practices during Week 3 prep. Alec Piece (heel) will also be sidelined, leaving Josh Downs, Keenan Allen, Darius Slayton, Laquon Treadwell and Deion Burks as the healthy wide receivers on the Colts' active roster heading into Sunday' AFC South showdown.
