Morris will start at cornerback opposite Vontae Davis with Rashaan Melvin inactive for Sunday's game against Jacksonville, Tom James of the Terre Haute Tribune-Star reports.
Morris played more than 40 snaps the past two weeks and he's had 10 total tackles over that span as he's received more playing time amid several injuries in the secondary.
