The Colts are designating Patmon (foot) for return from IR, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.

The transaction begins a 21-day window wherein the Colts can evaluate Patmon at practice. As a rookie last season, Patmon only appeared in one contest and played two offensive snaps.
