George has been ruled out for the remainder of Thursday's game against the Broncos due to a neck injury, Mike Chappell of CBS 4 Indianapolis reports.
George did not record a tackle before exiting. With Jon Bostic (knee) also dinged up, rookie Anthony Walker is in line for extended snaps at inside linebacker.
