Treadwell (hamstring) was unavailable for practice with the Colts on Thursday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Treadwell is dealing with an apparent hamstring injury, and head coach Shane Steichen outlined that the wide receiver is currently without a timetable to return. Treadwell signed a one-year deal with Indianapolis in March, and he's competing with the likes of rookie seventh-round pick Deion Burks and third-year pro Anthony Gould for a spot on the team's initial 53-man roster.
