The Colts elevated Westbrook-Ikhine from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Westbrook-Ikine is set to be an emergency option at wide receiver for the Colts' Week 3 game against the Texans. With Alec Pierce (heel) and D.J. Montgomery (abdomen) on IR, the 29-year-old will sit behind Deion Burks and Anthony Gould as they fill in for the injured Ashton Dulin (ankle).
