Sanchez (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Jake Arthur of Roundtable.io reports.
Sanchez injured his foot in the fourth quarter when the Titans blocked his punt for a touchdown. With Sanchez questionable to return, kicker Spencer Shrader may have to take over punting duties for the Colts' special teams.
