Leonard is inactive for Sunday's game against the Commanders in London as the Colts' emergency No. 3 quarterback.
Leonard hasn't been active for any of the Colts' first four games after Anthony Richardson beat him out for the No. 2 job coming out of the preseason. The second-year player out of Notre Dame will only be available in the event both starter Daniel Jones and Richardson are unable to finish the game.
