Sermon is poised to lead the Colts backfield Sunday against the Titans, with Jonathan Taylor (ankle) ruled out for the game.
While Taylor was sidelined for the Colts' loss to the Jaguars in Week 5, Sermon racked up 63 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on 10 carries and six catches. Sermon's 16 touches were double the total of fellow running back Tyler Goodson, and a similar distribution could be in place Week 6 with Taylor out for a second straight game.
