Holmes (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against Atlanta, Nick Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
The second-year cornerback out of Oklahoma State will miss his first game of the season after suffering a hamstring injury during Washington's Week 5 loss to the Bears. Holmes has played strictly on special teams, and he's recorded two total tackles for the Commanders this year.
