Milne (foot) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Sam Fortier of The Washington Post reports.
Milne has sat out each of the team's last two games proceeding their Week 14 bye. His return to practice should be good for his prospects of suiting up Sunday against the Giants. However, he is still considered questionable heading into Week 15.
