Forbes was a full participant at the Commanders' practice Wednesday.

Forbes appears recovered from his UCL injury from earlier this season, as he had a tackle, an interception and pass defensed in the team's 40-7 win over the Panthers in Week 7. The cornerback has seen his playing time fluctuate this season and he'll look to build off of his performance against Carolina when the Commanders host the Bears on Sunday.
