The Chiefs released Coleman on Tuesday.
Coleman didn't play at all in 2021 but signed a deal with Kansas City in March. The 2016 first-round pick caught two of seven targets for 20 yards across the final two preseason games, but the veteran didn't do enough to earn a spot on the Chiefs' initial 53-man roster.
