Winters (shoulder) has returned to Sunday's game against the Commanders, Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Winters sustained a shoulder injury in the first quarter and exited the contest for further evaluation. Winters has now been cleared to return, which should lead to a reduction in snaps for Shemar James and Jaishawn Barham.
