Escobar (Achilles) did not practice on Sunday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Escobar will get the day off as he continues to nurse a torn Achilles he suffered last season. If he continues to miss practice time he may be in danger of missing the Cowboys' first preseason matchup against the Rams next Saturday.
