Pickens (shoulder/hamstring) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Pickens is dealing with a lingering shoulder issue and a new hamstring injury, which so far has capped his practice reps this week. He'll have one more chance to get back to full Friday, at which point the Cowboys may tag him with a designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
