Ferguson (knee) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Ferguson emerged from Week 1 with an MCL sprain and bone bruise in his left knee, which didn't allow him to practice last week. A doubtful designation ultimately forecast his lack of availability ahead of an eventual loss to the Saints last Sunday, but his ability to mix into drills to kick off Week 3 prep indicates he's making progress in his recovery. The extent of Ferguson's participation Thursday and Friday likely will be the determining factors in his chances to return to action Sunday versus the Ravens.
