Bullard had his 21-day practice window opened Thursday, and the defensive lineman logged a full practice, per Todd Archer of ESPN.com. The 33-year-old has been sidelined since suffering a calf injury in Week 3. It's unclear if Bullard will be good to go for Week 8, but he doesn't appear to be too far away from a return to action.
