Hooker (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Hooker was able to log a limited practice session Friday, and he will suit up for the Cowboys' regular-season finale. He's tallied 50 tackles (27 solo), three passes defended, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery over 15 games this season.
