The Cowboys placed Turner (foot) on injured reserve Thursday, Rob Phillips of the team's official site reports.

Turner is nursing a foot injury sustained in mid-August. The depth wideout is eligible to come off IR as soon as the Cowboys' matchup against Carolina in Week 4.
