Gallimore (elbow) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Gallimore's return to practice will start the 21-day window for him to be added to the active roster. However, there is a growing expectation that the second-year defensive tackle will be able to make his season debut in Week 14. As a rookie, Gallimore racked up 28 tackles, a half-sack and one pass breakup in 14 appearances.
