Martin (quadriceps) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Bills, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Martin was seen with his thigh wrapped up heavily after sustaining a quadriceps injury in the first quarter. He tried to work his way back, but will not return to Sunday's game. T.J. Bass will continue to operate at right guard in Martin's absence.
