Dozier was restored from the Vikings' practice squad COVID-19 list Tuesday.
Dozier was placed on the COVID-19 list on Nov. 5 and even spent time in the hospital with breathing issues, but he has fully recovered and is ready to return to the field. The 30-year-old has been active for three games this season, strictly chipping in on special teams.
