Ratley was cut from the Cowboys' practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Ratley signed onto the Cowboys' practice squad on Sept. 21 after starting camp with the Lions. He last saw action in 2020 with the Giants, appearing in five games and catching four passes on 10 targets for 63 yards.
