Ratley was released by the Texans on Tuesday.
Ratley joined the Texans part way through the 2020 season, though he spent the majority of his time on the practice squad. The three-year veteran has never logged more than 13 receptions in a professional season and will now look to latch on with another roster as a depth piece.
