Ratley was cut by the Vikings on Tuesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
The 26-year-old was signed to the Vikings' practice squad Dec. 16, but failed to crack the active roster before being cut Tuesday. Ratley last played in the NFL in 2020, reeling in four catches for 63 yards on 10 targets in five games with the Giants.
