The Vikings signed Ratley to the practice squad Wednesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
Ratley spent time on Dallas' practice squad earlier this season, but he didn't suit up for a game with the team. Now, the former Cleveland wideout will get a chance to develop in Minnesota.
