Willis was released from Washington's practice squad Tuesday.
The wide receiver was signed to the practice squad Oct. 5 but failed to crack the active roster at any point before his release Tuesday. Willis played in 10 games for the Bengals in 2020, catching nine passes for 82 yards. The 24-year-old's next opportunity will likely be another practice squad.
